For more than 20 years, Charles River Homes founder, Matt Labrie has cultivated a successful career in residential construction and design.
Prior to starting his own business, Matt was an architectural designer and project manager at Highland Meadows in Weston, a development featuring 70 luxury homes. While there, he earned a Best in American Living Award for Design Detail from the National Association of Home Builders.
Although most of his background is in high-end home building, he enjoys working on smaller projects as well. He has renovated units as small as 600 sq ft, making the most creative use of the tiny space.
Matt has a degree in Architectural Design from Vermont Technical College and is a Massachusetts licensed Construction Supervisor and Home Improvement Contractor. He has also been a member of the Natick Historic District Commission since 2012.
